Loen Skylift is a spectacular attraction at the inner part of the Nordfjordeid. A cable car will lift you from the fjord to 1011 masl in just 5 minutes!

Step onboard a comfortable bus that will take out of the Port and on a nice tour through the area of Nordfjordeid alond the famous Hornindal Lake. The bus drive is 55 minutes each way.

At arrival Loen you will enter the Skylift that will take you to the mount Hoven. On the top you can walk around in the mountains on your own or enjoy a lunch or some refreshments in the spectacular restaurant.

The Skylift runs normally every 30 minutes, but on bussy days it goes continously.
After approx. 2,5 hours stay in Loen, the bus will pick you up and take you back to Port of Nordfjordeid.

Roundtrip Tickets for the Skylift are included.
You will get the tickets when you step onboard the bus.

Add a note on the booking if you would like to have a child seat on the bus. Child seats are only offered to children 0-4 years old and lower than 110 cm.

“If you arrive to the starting point for the Skylift and for any reason dont want to do the Skylift you can return the tickets for the Skylift to our ticket office at Nordfjordeid and get a refund for the cost of this ticket. This will be NOK 595,- for adults.”

00:00 – Departure bus
00:55 – Arrival village of Loen
01:00 – Skylift to the top! Leisure on your own
03:00 – Skyflift down to the Fjord (latest 10 minutes before departure)
03:05 – Departure bus to Nordfjordeid (55 minutes drive along the Hornindal lake)
04:00 – Arrival Nordfjordeid at quay next to the ship
